About me
I've had an interest in holistic treatments which support the body and mind since I was a teenager. Having reflexology to help me through the stresses of exams and illness at the age of 15, I was amazed by the way it supported me. I used holistic therapies regularly from that moment on.

After achieving a Media Communications degree in Bath, I soon realised that was not the industry for me and I turned my interest in holistic therapies into my career path. I qualified with a VTCT: World Class Qualifications Reflexology Diploma in 2011. I developed a particular interest in the impact that both physical and emotional stress have on the body.

Working in an Osteopath clinic practising reflexology for several years I could see the impact life and stress was taking on the physical wellbeing of people. I decided to train in massage so that I could create a treatment that was both holistic and functional to help my clients further. I trained at the prestigious sports university, St Mary’s, Twickenham in both holistic and sports massage. I later achieved my level 5 BTEC in Soft Tissue and Remedial Sports Massage, the highest level of massage therapy.

Since then I have trained in several other modalities to enable me to tailor my treatments to the individual. I use many of these techniques throughout a treatment as well as stand alone.

- Trigger point release
- Pregnancy massage
- Hot stone massage
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- Cupping
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

Realising the body and mind are inherently interlinked, I trained in a wonderful mind and body therapy called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), commonly known as tapping. It can help the body and mind let go of stress and emotions that may be preventing the body from healing or working against it. It is also a wonderfully freeing technique that can be used by the client in their day to day lives as a coping strategy for stress.
